Quick in contacting and well prepared in the initial meeting. Although no order was placed, both managing directors always seemed informative and attentive when it came to customer wishes. Sample pieces and example pictures of completed projects were also brought along so that the customer can get an idea and possibly receive support for still unclear concepts.

Not even 1 star. I haven't experienced such unfriendly staff, boss, in a long time. I wanted to buy a key cap and couldn't get my old one off and when I asked for help, I was just told they didn't have time for that. They wouldn't do it for €0.80. He didn't have the time, it was, to put it bluntly, too cheap. Who should I ask then? Maybe at the pharmacy? In the shoe store? Why do they sell it then??? I definitely won't go in there again.
